Time to arrive at coach

I'm starting to get people contacting me to check that its 10pm at the coach. This is NOT correct and is 10.30pm as in the programme guide. Do NOT arrive before 10.30pm as the gates will be closed until then. The leaders need time to sort things out with the coach company, so even if they are there the gates will still be closed until 10.30pm
